Martial Law

1:Martial law does not mean the alliance controls the individule nation it means that the permanent government (HTLC) takes over in times of crisis.

2:The following government format will be enacted in Martial law:

A:) The HTLCC will take over as leader of alliance
B:)The HTLC will act as congress
C:)The presidential office will act as vise president
D:)The Vise president and the TGC will act as a police force to make sure that the government in place is not taking advantage of martial law.
E:)The TSC will check that TGC is not being corrupted
F:)The TLC will make sure that the charter is followed during this period
3:Martial law can ONLY be inacted if the current government is unstable and unable to operate
4:Martial law will only last a period of two weeks, to continue beyond this time period must be approved by all of the TGC and all of the TLC and the president
5:If a new stable government is voted in during the two week period of beyond it the martial law will then be dissolved.
6:)Martial law is in DIRE situations and will not be inacted unless the alliance can not function properly not in the opinion of the HTLC but by the opinion of the people
